Skill:
15 minutes of gymnastics “Goat” work.
 
Met-Con:
10 individually timed rounds of all out efforts:
- Hand-Release Push-Ups (6/10, fast and explosive)
- Immediately into a 40 yard sprint.
*Due to nasty weather this afternoon the later classes ran resisted sprints in the box… not sure which part of the day fared better ;-)
 
Happy belated Birthday to Allison & Chris T.!!!!! You ladies are awesome!
