Don’t forget to register for the CrossFit Open.  The CrossFit Open is the first step to qualifying for the 2012 CrossFit Games.  Each week a new workout will be posted on the CrossFit Games homepage (Wednesdays).  You will have a week to complete the workout and submit your results.  Then you will be ranked in the Southeast Region, the U.S. and the World.  Once each week (usually a Saturday), we will open the gym and run heats with judges.  Afterwards, we will eat and hang out!!!  If you cannot make it that night, you may have your workout validated on Fridays during make-up day.  The first workout will be released February 22nd!!!  Are you signed up???  Are you ready???  www.games.crossfit.com
