The CrossFit Games Open starts this week! We will be hosting the first event on Saturday at 5PM. Just like last year we are asking all that come to bring some food/drinks to share after the WOD. We’re going to post a sign-up sheet at the box so you can let everyone know what you’re bringing. We are stoked about team! Remember there is still time to sign-up!
