Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 10 minutes complete:- 6 Medball Deadlifts- 4 Push-Ups- 2 Wall Balls(B.)800M Run For Time.FITNESS(A.)EMOM for 10 minutes complete the barbell complex of:- 6 Deadlifts (65-95/35-75)- 4 Hanging Power Cleans - 2 Thrusters* Use same weight and bar.
