Push-Ups: 
12, 9, 6, 3
Squats:        
24, 18, 12, 6
JumpRope:
48, 36, 24, 12
* 1st round = 12 Push-Ups, 24 Squats, 48 JumpRopes…
(B) Rest 5 minutes then,
Ring Rows (increase angle to increase difficulty)
4 x Max Reps (rest 2 minutes between sets).
 
Fitness
(A)
Handstand Push-Ups:
12, 8, 6, 4, 2
Pistols:
12, 8, 6, 4, 2
Double Unders:
24, 16, 12, 8, 4
* For Time.
** 1st round = 12 HSPU, 12 Pistols, 24 Double Unders…
(B) Rest 5 minutes then,
Supine Hanging Ring Rows
4 x Max Reps (rest 90 seconds between sets).
 
Competition
(A)
Deficit Handstand Push-Ups:
12, 9, 6, 3
Pistols (alternating legs):
24, 18, 12, 6
Double Unders:
48, 36, 24, 12
* For Time.
** Deficit HSPU: Men = Two stacked #45 plates per side with an abmat, Ladies = One #45 plate per side with an abmat.
(B) Rest 5 minutes then,
With a 20 minute running clock complete 1 Snatch on each odd minute and 1 Clean on each even minute. Set up two bars.
