Schedule Updates

August Schedule Updates!

The updates below will begin August 1st. 
 
  • No more 6:15am classes
  • No more 7pm Classes, effective 7/27/12
  • CrossFit Kids Saturday classes have been moved back.  Sparks (ages 4-7) will begin at 9am and Flames (ages 8+) will begin at 9:30am.
  • Firebreather Advanced W.O.D. will be held at 10am on select Saturdays.
  • The Wednesday, August 1 CrossFit Kids classes have been cancelled.  The makeup classes will be Thursday, August 2nd at 5:00 (sparks)  and 5:30 (Flames)
  • We will be adding an Open Gym to the schedule on Wednesdays and Thursday mornings at 8am.  You can come and makeup a W.O.D., work on a skill or strength or complete the W.O.D.  Coach Mark will be there to answer any questions you may have, but this is an open gym, you are on your own to warm up, set up and clean up.
  • We will be adding an Olympic/Power Lifting Strength and Technique class.  It will be held 2-3 Saturday mornings each month at 8am.  This class is open to all members and all levels.  You will work to improve strength and technique with the Power and Olympic Lifts.  THIS IS NOT AN OPEN GYM.  The classes will build upon each other, so if you are interested, please commit to attending all the Saturday classes.  Coach Jim will be leading the sessions.
  • We will offer Yoga 2 times per week.  Debbie from our 5:15am class will be leading the class.  She will work on mobility and stretching.  Days/Times TBD.  No extra charge for yoga (monthly members).
