Decrease weight if your ascent is slow. (B) For Time Complete: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 of -Muscle-Ups -Bear Complexes (115/75, Bear Complex = Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press) (C) Incline DB Bench Press 3 x 12-15
