Partner WOD:With a partner and only 1 person working at a time:~ Start with 50 Double Unders (150 Singles). Then:- 20 Front Squats (115/85)- 30 Pull-Ups- 40 KB Swings* 4 Rounds~ End with 50 Double Unders (150 Singles)FIREBREATHER WOD:“Girls Gone Bad”1 Minute at each station for max reps (continue each round where you left off):- FRAN (21, 15, 9 of Thrusters at 95/65 and Pull-Ups)- ELIZABETH (21, 15, 9 of Cleans at 135/95 and Ring Dips)- KAREN (150 Wallballs, 20/15)- DIANE (21, 15, 9 of Deadlifts at 225/155 and Handstand Push-Ups)- ANNIE (50, 40, 30, 20, 10 of Double Unders and Sit-Ups)- Rest!* 3 Rounds.Awesome morning at En Fuego!
