- 12 Pistols
- 14 Double Unders

For Quality Complete:
- 10 GHD Back Extensions
- 10-20 Second L-Sit Hold
- Handstand Push-Ups (Fellas=5 Strict, Ladies= 5 Kip)
* 2 Rounds.

Snatch off high blocks (approximately at knees)

* Rest 60-90 seconds between sets.
* Reset between each rep. Not “tap and go”.
