Saturday Team WOD

***Goal=1,000 points***

Teams of 3, 2 people working at a time. Goal is to achieve 1,000 points as quickly as possible with any combination of movements from below.

 

          20 points                                 5 points

One person sits on                          – 200 m run

the Prowler and the                        – 300 m row

other two teammates                     -  Muscle up

push the prowler 100 m.                 – Up & Down stairs (x 2)

 

                                                                                                               

                3 points                                   2 points

- Pull ups                                                  – Double Unders

- Wall balls                                              – Air Squats

- HSPU                                                     – Dips (banded)

- Burpee box jumps (24/20)               – KB Swings (50/30)

- Ring Dips (no band)                           – Push ups

- Wall climbs                                           – Ball slams (20/15)

- K2E/T2B

(A) Gymnastics Skill Work:
10 Minutes of Handstand work. Practice either handstand walks, kipping handstand push-ups, kicking up into a handstand, or headstands.
 
(B) Barbell Skill Work:
Hanging Power Snatch
 
(C) Met-Con:
Complete an 8 minute AMRAP of:
- 5 Hanging Power Snatches (95/65)
- 20 Mountain Climbers
 

Effort yields Success.

*Each round will equal 21 total reps between the 2 movements. First Rd=1 Push-Up, 20 Sit-Ups, Second Rd=2 Push-Ups, 19 Sit-Ups….Last Rd=20 Push-Ups, 1 Sit-Up.
