If so, the “Premier Program” is for you! This 6 week fitness starter program is designed to meet the needs of anyone who is looking to get in shape, learn about proper health/nutrition choices, make some new friends/workout partners, and create the positive lifestyle changes needed to maintain a fit and healthy mind/body. You will train in a small group (6-8 people) where CrossFit certified instructors will lead you through a workout and teach you to perform exercises using proper form and technique. All exercises will be scaled to your current ability and fitness levels. You’ll work with the same group of people during your program, this will give you the opportunity to build relationships/friendships that will help in accountability, motivation, and comfort. Your Premier Program will start and end with a physical assessment to track progress.
This 6 week program consisting of 18 one-hour training sessions (3 days per week/6 week) will only cost you $295. That’s less than $16.50 per session! Typical personal training sessions cost $50-$80 per hour.
