Today was a great day…CrossFit En Fuego opened!!! Everyone that came in for a taste of CrossFit got a great workout taking on “Cindy”. Joan, our newcomer, rocked the squats. Elisabeth, Megan and Katherine showed “Cindy” who’s boss and Norman surprised us all with his pull-ups!!!! Good job Norm, come back for more. Gabe and Cindy completed their first CrossFit workout!! Great work everyone.
