~ Minute 1 = 50 Double Unders
~ Minute 2 = REST
~ Minute 3 = 20 Wall Balls
~ Minute 4 = REST

– Safely build to a 1 rep max of the day.

With a partner alternating sets complete:
– 250M Row
* 6 Rounds (each)
* Reset rower on each switch.

– 800M Run
– 50 KB Swings ~OR~ DB Snatches (you choose!)
– 800M Run
* KB/DB Weight = 40-55/25-35

Optional:
– 5 x 10 Toes-to-Bar
* Rest 1 minute in between sets.
* Does not have to be unbroken. Scale as needed.
