– 100 Double Unders
– 50 Thrusters (75/55)
– 25 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

12 minute AMRAP of:
– 150 Single Unders
– 50 Thrusters (45/35)
– 25 Jumping Pull-Ups (Open standard)

 

TUESDAY (2-14-17)

“A Dozen Roses”
With a partner for time complete:
– 12 Hand Release Push-Ups
– 12 Double Unders
– 12 Alternating DB Snatches (35-55/20-35)
– 12 Double Unders
– 12 Goblet Squats (same DB used for Snatches)
– 12 Double Unders
* 12 Rounds.

*Partner #1 will complete a full round, then Partner #2 will complete a full round. 6 rounds each.

Clean and Jerk
* Take 10 minutes and practice. Build up in weight if moving well.

(B)
Open WOD 13.4
Complete a 7 minute AMRAP of:
3, 6, 9, 12, 15 etc….
– Clean and Jerks (135/95)
– Toes-to-Bar

* Scale as needed.

In a team of 3 complete a 30 minute AMRAP of:
– 300M Team Run
– 45 Thrusters (75/55)
– 30 Ring Push-Ups
– 15 Tire Flips

* Divide the reps evenly. Run together.
