Opening Day!!!

WOD (workout of the day)

“Cindy” AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes

5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats

 

Today was a great day…CrossFit En Fuego opened!!!  Everyone that came in for a taste of CrossFit got a great workout taking on “Cindy”.  Joan, our newcomer, rocked the squats.  Elisabeth, Megan and Katherine showed “Cindy” who’s boss and Norman surprised us all with his pull-ups!!!!  Good job Norm, come back for more.  Gabe and Cindy completed their first CrossFit workout!!  Great work everyone.

Scissor Lift!!!

Thanks to the man that invented  the scissor lift, what a fun toy…I mean machine.  We worked hard this weekend hanging flags, ropes, rings and tiki grass.  I can’t thank James and Amy enough for their hard work.  Things couldn’t have been done without them.  Check out the video below for the progress.  We are almost ready to open the doors!!!!
