2017 CrossFit Games Masters/Teens Event
“Vest Triplet”
For Time Complete:
– 400M Run
– 24 Air Squats
– 12 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (**)
* 4 Rounds

** (30/24), you may “climb” over the box using your hands just like what was done at Regionals this year.

WEDNESDAY (7-26-17)

“Strongman Stations”
Rotate through the stations below, not for time:
(1.)
(Weighted) Strict Pull-Ups x 6-8 reps
(2.)
Bench Press x 6-8 reps
(3.)
Yoke Carry x 50M ~OR~ Zercher Carry x 20M
(4.)
Farmer’s Carry: x 50M

* 4-5 Rounds.

** You choose the loads for each movement. The goal is to go as heavy as you SAFELY can go with each.

With a partner alternating full rounds complete:
– 200M Shuttle Run
– 10 Bar Facing Burpees
– 5 Power Snatches (95-135/65-95)
* 5 Rounds (each)

* Scale as needed.

Complete a 10 minute AMRAP of:
– 5 Toes-to-Bar
– 5 Front Squats (75/55)
– 5 Push Presses (75/55)
